In the hope of building a poverty-free and poverty-free developed country, the present government is working relentlessly to ensure equality-based and quality primary education by realizing the importance of primary education. Quality teachers are needed to ensure quality primary education. And in order to develop quality teachers, under the fourth primary education development program, short-term multi-disciplinary training is being conducted through Upazila Resource Center to ensure the achievement of competency indicators based on teacher qualifications. At least 02 teachers in each school are required to be trained in English and Mathematics. Besides, under PEDP-4, at least 01 teacher from every school needs to be trained in other subjects. It is expected to provide training to at least 02 teachers from each school in most of the 6 subjects in the financial year 2019-2020. All pre-primary teachers already recruited have been trained in pre-primary education. Provided leadership training to acquire leadership qualities and develop communication skills of head teachers. Implementation of training programs on various subjects - Providing academic support by visiting 56 schools in FY 2017-2018 and 50 schools in FY 2018-2019 one or more times to ensure implementation. done Moreover, in order to meet the deficit that the teachers feel in applying their professional concepts after the application of the knowledge gained in the classroom after the C.Ed / DPD training and the subject-related training, demand-based sub-cluster training is being conducted based on the needs of the teachers in the light of teacher qualifications. The cluster is preparing leaflets for training and providing orientation to the concerned trainers which is ongoing. Determine the level of learning progress of the students. URC will continue to provide continuous support to teachers to ensure the achievement of teacher qualification indicators for ensuring equity-based and quality primary education.
